So... with G-Spy; He keeps saying he is third party and can't win. I thought that he was town if he couldn't get his dude lynched. Is he wrong? And if so, should he be notified that he is wrong?

Technically he is third party and he's going by that rule.

I went with my own rule and made him town.

I should probably notify him.

I honestly didn't think there was 4 mafia though; ugh...so I guess how I was playing the game early isn't good enough is it?
